You may also Opt-Out of Marketing Communications from ACT by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org . Please include the email address of the account and the first and last name of the account owner. We may contact you for clarifications as part of this process.

How We Obtain Information about YouWe may obtain information about you from various sources and by various means. Specifically, we may obtain information about you:
When you voluntarily create a profile on the ACT website.
When you create a profile on the ACT website, we collect your name, email,
alternate email, company name, address, telephone number, and Xactnet ID.
We will also obtain credit card payment information but we do not save that
information, and we pass it on to Stripe, a third-party payment processor.

mandatory and as such, if not provided, will prevent ACT from being able to
fulfill your order.
When you submit an order on the ACT website. When you place an order with us online, we collect your name, email, telephone number, address for roof sketch requested and the date of loss. When you voluntarily contact us via email, phone or otherwise. When you send an email to ACT, we may retain the content of your email together with your email address and ACT’s response to you. If you contact us by phone or otherwise, we may also retain the content of the communication.
When you voluntarily post information in forums. When you post information in a Facebook forum or other similar online forum, we collect information from content that you post in the form of online reviews, blogs, or commentary
Change of Personal InformationYou may change or update your personal information by logging in to your account. You will have individual access to your account. If for some reason you are unable to change your personal information online, you may call ACT at 1-844-475-3824, send an email to email@example.com, or send postal mail to Advanced Claims Technologies, Inc., P.O. How Long is my Information SavedWe will retain your personal information only for the time necessary for the purpose for which such personal data is processed, including but not limited to fulfilling orders, generating invoices, and providing various reports. Please note, however, that we may retain and use your personal data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements and rights, or if it is not technically and reasonably feasible to remove such information from our databases, which means that we may retain and use your personal data as necessary after you stop using our systems.
