You agree that any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be settled by confidential arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia. The decision of the Arbiter will be final. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and the federal laws of the United States.
ACT provides the Website and all goods and services on an “as is” basis without any warranty.
