This policy provides terms of service between Advanced Claims Technologies, ACT, and you, our Customer. Payment Terms Payment for ACT services is due at time of order. Â Additional expenses may be incurred if the sketch includes such things as additional facets or number of squares. Â
Additional expenses are charged to your card on file and may be charged per sketch or summarized for multiple sketches and charged no later than end of month. Â At time of sketch delivery, the ACT Sketcher will include in the email the reasons for the additional sketch charges.
Payment disputes may be addressed by emailing admin@act.claims. Â
If ACT fails to deliver your order within the service level purchased at time of order, ACT will refund 50% of your order charge upon request. Â If the order was an Express Delivery order, ACT will also refund the Express Delivery charge upon request.
